OFFICIAL RULES
1.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF
WINNING. Open and offered only to
legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia, 18
years of age and older. The Sweepstakes
and any web pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing
only within the

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at
12:00:01 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on April 25th, 2006, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m.
PT on June 2nd, 2006 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received
and recorded within the Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this
Sweepstakes.

during the Sweepstakes Period, and follow the online entry instructions by
clicking on the indicated icon, banner or text link. Complete the official web site entry form and
follow the instructions for submitting an entry. Any other form of Internet or e-mail entry is
void. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/address during the
Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by
any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using
multiple/different e-mail accounts, or any other methods will void all of that
person’s entries and that person may be disqualified.

Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about
June 9th, 2006, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes
Period by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all
matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Winners will be notified via mail, express mail, e-mail and/or phone on
or about June 12th, 2006. Winner may not
substitute, assign, or transfer prizes, or redeem prizes for cash, but Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value
should the advertised prize become unavailable.
Should a prize be won by a minor in his/her
jurisdiction of primary residence, all affidavits, releases and undertakings,
set forth in these Official Rules must be executed and undertaken by the
parent/legal guardian of the minor, both on behalf of parent/legal guardian and
the minor, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
Winner. Prizes may be awarded to, or in
the name of, minor’s parent/legal guardian.
Prizes will not be fulfilled outside the continental

Prizes: Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) to view a
Godsmack video shoot (location to be determined solely by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $3,000.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000.00. Trip consists of round trip coach airfare
within the continental United States for winner and one (1) guest from a major
commercial U.S. airport near winner’s residence to the taping location, hotel
accommodations in New York City for 2 nights/3 days (one room, double
occupancy), transfers to and from airport and hotel and transfers to and from the
hotel and taping site. View of taping
will take place from a Sponsor-specified area.
Travel must occur on the dates specified by Sponsor. Actual value of trip may vary based upon
point of departure, destination and airfare fluctuations. Any difference
between stated ARV and actual value of trip will not be awarded. All expenses not stated in these Official
Rules, including meals, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses, are solely
the responsibility of the winner. If
winner is unable to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, prize will be
forfeited and another winner may be chosen provided sufficient time remains to
verify alternate winner and ticket prize, otherwise prize will not be
awarded. Travel and accommodations are
subject to change and availability and restrictions may apply. Winner and guest
must travel together on same itinerary.
No responsibility is assumed for any cancellation or rescheduling of the
taping in whole or in part. In the event
that the taping is unavailable, the remaining elements of prize shall
constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no
substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Expenses and costs not stated are solely the
responsibility of the winner. Prizes
pictured on web site may differ from those actually awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of
eligible entries received.
6.
Conditions Of Participation: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, The
Universal Music Group, BestBuy.com, LLC, Digital Networks North American, Inc., their
respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and
promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) will
have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants
against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to
person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly
or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or
participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; or for any typographical or other error in the printing,
offering or announcement of any prize; and (b) except where legally
prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing)
permission for Sponsor and those acting with or under their authority to use
his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or
publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or
hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web,
without notice, review or approval. Prize winners will
be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a
Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days
of notification. If documents are not
returned on a timely basis, or if any prize notification or prize is returned
as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in
compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and awarded
to an alternate winner. Taxes are solely
the responsibility of the winners. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you
acknowledge and agree that BestBuy.com, LLC, may collect the personal
information submitted by you, and use the information pursuant to its privacy
policy online at www.bestbuy.com or by
calling 1-888-BEST BUY.

Limitations of Liability: Releasees
are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, non-delivered or
unintelligible entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite,
network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, telephone or other
connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed
computer, satellite or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or
jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware
or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind
whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate
capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such
information. Persons
who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined
by the Sponsor, will be disqualified.
Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other
automated means will be disqualified.
Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or
to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in
this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in
Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human
intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt
or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission
of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend,
modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select winners from entries received
prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by
Sponsor. Releasees are not responsible
for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users,
tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or
utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this
web site. In the event of a dispute
regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account,
the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry used to
enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural
person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider
(ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses.
IN NO EVENT
WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEB SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING
MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING
ON THE WEB SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
